Things are changing. Tower Ranger Johansen, who normally mans the Ranger Tower, is out to handle unfortunate family matters.

Due to recent staff cuts, you've been asked to man his Tower until he returns. You, are not a Tower Ranger. You are a forest trails Ranger. You, do not want this gig. You, have no choice. Boss man says to man Johansen's Tower, so you, head up to Jo's tower...

On the trail leading up to the tower, it's cold, dark and windy, as you complain how you don't appreciate the full on thunderstorm that has, as you opine, formed special just for you.

You arrive at the tower base. "Ah, here's the generator Jo mentioned", you mutter to yourself as you press the switch to turn it on.

It starts up fine, though it sounds like it's had hard life.

You check to see, "Yes!", Johansen fueled up the generator before he left. "Good man. Certainly he had more important things on his mind as he packed up to head to be with his family. Hope they're all doing okay."

Time to ascend.

Heading up the tower stairs, you feel like someone else might be able to appreciate the view of the storming sky against the shadowed forest. That's not you. You prefer terra firma and clear blue skies.

You think to yourself, you'll get used to the elevation soon enough, "Suck it up."
